Not only does dry brushing assist to remove dead skin cells, enabling the skin to better breathe and detoxify, dry brushing can also help stimulate the lymphatic system. Dry brushing is also effective in the war against cellulite!<\/p>\n<p>With twice the fluid contained in the body\u2019s blood supply, the lymph system serves many functions, including being a major body waste disposal system. Dry brushing helps stimulate this system, enabling it to more effectively remove wastes from the body.
