In response to rising concerns, a lot of air time is spent promoting supplements to build strong and healthy bones. However, it may be more beneficial to pursue exercise and a bone healthy diet while avoiding things that contribute to bone loss:
GOOD FOR BONES:
- Dark, leafy green vegetables
- Nuts, seeds
- Sunshine
- Weight-bearing exercise
- Probiotics
BAD FOR BONES:
- Acidic foods (meat, dairy)
- Alcohol
- Antacids
- Caffeine
- Refines foods
- Soft drinks
- Sugar
As bone tissue dissolves and rebuilds over a lifetime, it is important to begin early and may not be too late to keep and build strong healthy bones.

I agree with your point that is better to live a healthy lifestyle than to rely on supplements. The points that you shared on the things which can be bad for your bones are good. Caffeine is not entirely bad; it becomes bad only when taken in excess.
Oh heck, sunlight can be good for bones also? Wow, I would definitely sun bath. It’s the cheapest source of calcium.
